Selling a property can be an extremely exciting time in someone’s life. However, in many cases, it can be a result of a very stressful financial or personal situation, which makes it all the more important that the

professionals involved with the sale provide the top level of care and guidance for their clients. Having assisted many clients and their loved ones with their property sales and purchases in later life, David is extremely sensitive to their emotional and financial needs, and passionately believes in the provision of a clear, informative, and empathetic approach from beginning to end. 

David is part of a small, bespoke team at Strutt & Parker, who largely in collaboration with his colleague Ian Ely-Corbett, specialise in the sale of residential homes both in and outside Edinburgh. They will provide a

comprehensive assessment of the property, its value according to market performance at the time, and a strategy to achieve the best possible price for a client whilst being sensitive to their personal situation. They will then work cohesively to ensure that a client is informed and communicated with at every step of a transaction, ensuring where possible to overcome any hurdles on their behalf and making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE...

Outside work, David is busy looking after his two daughters, alongside walking his two energetic Cocker Spaniels, and following a keen interest in military history.
