Rebecca joined The Good Care Group as she is passionate about individualised high quality care.
The service is tailor-made for individuals or couples who need full-time care or support in their own home. We provide care for people with Dementia, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke and other conditions as well as Respite Care and End of Life support. All our carers are employed and trained by us and our model allows us to work in very remote locations. We try to match our carers to our clients as closely as possible and provide a 24 hour Rapid Response Team to cover any emergencies. Our service includes an Admiral Nurse, an Occupational Therapist as well as extremely experienced Care Managers to support our carers.
Our control and quality assurance procedures including recruitment, training and monitoring of clients’ conditions help us to achieve high standards in care at home - ultimately helping clients live at home for longer.
ON A PERSONAL NOTE...
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys helping run a local youth theatre which produces a pantomime every Christmas.
WHAT CUSTOMERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THE GOOD CARE GROUP...
"We turned to the Good Care Group after being severely let down by a home care agency, and we have been glad that we did so. Not only were the care team trained and experienced to support dementia, they took time to understand its impact on both my mother and father and their relationship. My parents are now able to live a peaceful life at home...with warm-hearted caring individuals who have now become very much part of the family."
